      Students are eligible to apply to take the BICSI level one exam at the end of their second year, and can apply to take the level two exam at the end of their third year. We estimate study time is at least 6 hours a week - try to complete 2 modules each week. Review of the completed modules prior to mid-term and final exams are encouraged. This program will also study refrigerant transition and recovery and students will sit for the accompanying test.

      Second year students will be required to take an additional CPR course through private arrangement for an additional fee. Apprenticeship is also a job, and apprentices earn competitive wages — a paycheck from day one and incremental raises as knowledge and skill levels increase.
